2. Orders and Payments
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Please review the confirmation for accuracy.
- Payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase via the payment methods accepted on our Site.
- Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Times: Orders will be shipped within 2–6 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
- Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
We aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you need to return an order, please follow these guidelines:

- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the original purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
- If your products have not yet left our warehouse, we will process a full refund upon cancellation.
- If your products have already shipped, you can still cancel your order, but you must wait for the items to arrive and then ship them back to us.
Return Requirements:
- Products must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition they were sent—unopened and well-packaged to ensure they are suitable for resale.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer free returns.
Refund Process:
- Refunds may take up to two weeks after we have received and inspected the returned items at our warehouse.
